2. Coaching Services
• Individual sessions or coaching packages must be paid in advance or at the time of booking.
• If the client wishes to cancel a session, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full with no refund.
• If KB Life Coach Ltd cancels a session, the client may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund for the session.

• Packages must be used within the timeframe agreed at the time of purchase.
• Unused sessions after the agreed timeframe may be forfeited with no refund.
• If the client decides not to continue with a package, the refund of unused sessions will be at the discretion of KB Life Coach Ltd, with possible administrative fees deducted.

• As these are immediate-access and non-returnable products, no refunds or returns are provided once the product has been delivered.
• Exceptions may be considered if the product has technical issues that prevent its use.

• Registrations for workshops, events, or group sessions can be cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded, but the client may transfer the booking to another person with prior notice.
